What's black and white and red all over? MadWorld, that's what.
Welcome to Madworld. You play as Jack Cayman, a mysterious middle-aged man who knows his way around a weapon. Despite what it is. He opted to enter the deadly game of DeathWatch on the overrun Jefferson Island. His killing abilities quickly earn him a sponsor and a ranked position in the game.
Your goal is to progress through the area, killing all opposition. You get points for your kills, and you get more for using environment combinations. For instance, you could decapitate somebody. Or you could stun them with a trash bag, restrain them with a tire around their torso, impale their face with a traffic sign, and then repeatedly slam them into a wall of roses until they're dead. As far as I know, every area ends with a boss. And you can't activate the bossfight unless you get enough points for killing peons.
The game is linear, but some exploration is possible. You can also revisit an area for a better score. The game features three pickups. 1: Happy Onions, which recover Jack's Vitality and Chainsaw Guage (C'mon, you didn't really think that chainsaws run on blood, do you?). 2: Happy Pills, which recover Jack's Vitality. And 3: Jack Balloons, which are continues. Aside from those, you can also pick up some weapons. Not like the environmental objects. Rather, real weapons. I personally only know about the Spiked Bat.

If anything, you should buy this game because it is from Platinum Games, formerly known as Clover Studios. These people brought you:
-Viewtiful Joe
-Okami
-God Hand
