/FSnC\ Forte: Obama challenges nasa to land a space probe with astronauts on an asteroid before 2025
/FSnC\ Forte: Scientist justifies it by saying "it will make us smarter than the dinosaurs"
[FC] Ye Olde Hobo /FSnC\: >implying that won't happen
/FSnC\ Forte: I've never been so sold on anything in my entire life.
[FC] Ye Olde Hobo /FSnC\: ...
[FC] Ye Olde Hobo /FSnC\: Wow
/FSnC\ Forte: Because we all know the dinosaurs were sitting around
/FSnC\ Forte: and one was like
[FC] Ye Olde Hobo /FSnC\: That scientist is either really stupid, or a trp;;
[FC] Ye Olde Hobo /FSnC\: troll*
/FSnC\ Forte: SHIT MAN THERE"S A FUCKING ASTEROID AND ITS GOING TO HIT EARTH ONE DAY
[FC] Ye Olde Hobo /FSnC\: My money's on troll
/FSnC\ Forte: WE SHOULD BUILD A ROCKET AND STUDY THAT SHIT
/FSnC\ Forte: and the other dinosaurs who were like high or something were like
/FSnC\ Forte: what the fuck is a rocket
/FSnC\ Forte: go kill yourself.
[FC] Ye Olde Hobo /FSnC\: And so he did
/FSnC\ Forte: and then Sciensaurus went extenct.
/FSnC\ Forte: about 10,000 years later, everyone else did too.
[FC] Ye Olde Hobo /FSnC\: breadgloves.jpg
/FSnC\ Forte: but if being smarter than dinosaurs doesn't make you happy
/FSnC\ Forte: Bill Nye himself commented on this mission
/FSnC\ Forte: and said that it might end up saving earth.
[FC] Ye Olde Hobo /FSnC\: When BILL
[FC] Ye Olde Hobo /FSnC\: MOTHERFUCKING
[FC] Ye Olde Hobo /FSnC\: NYE
[FC] Ye Olde Hobo /FSnC\: Says it
[FC] Ye Olde Hobo /FSnC\: It's true
/FSnC\ Forte: indeed.
[FC] Ye Olde Hobo /FSnC\: After asteroids, then what?
[FC] Ye Olde Hobo /FSnC\: Set fire to Pluto?
/FSnC\ Forte: Mars of course
/FSnC\ Forte: because there's totally a reason to visit the solar system's desert.
[FC] Ye Olde Hobo /FSnC\: I like my idea better.
/FSnC\ Forte: yeah but Pluto takes too long.
/FSnC\ Forte: it's like
/FSnC\ Forte: 40 years to get out there
/FSnC\ Forte: or something.
[FC] Ye Olde Hobo /FSnC\: Who cares
[FC] Ye Olde Hobo /FSnC\: W can set fire
[FC] Ye Olde Hobo /FSnC\: to a planet made of solid methane
[FC] Ye Olde Hobo /FSnC\: Why not.
/FSnC\ Forte: I'm sure the universe doesn't need Pluto
/FSnC\ Forte: and it's not even a planet.
/FSnC\ Forte: so sounds like a great idea.

Moon: Remix RPG was released in Japan in 1997 for the PSX.
Sadly, it was never translated, but after doing some reading,
watching some LPs, and blissing out on the soundtrack...
I just can't get enough information on this game!
Obviously, the old official website is in Japanese, so...

...has anyone else heard of, played, or know about this game?

Oh, I heard about that a while back. I was looking into Chibi Robo and started following along with what all Tao was in. Eventually I came across Moon. It sounded so damned interesting, but I got real disappointed when I read that it wasn't translated. I'll be sure to keep an eye out for translators and try to recruit them into the FSnC crew.

Hey, it'd be pretty cool to have a translation team, wouldn't it? I'd like to learn German actually, but
often times I wonder if I should learn Japanese instead, considering I wanna be a video game designer.

Tao was Kenichi Nishi's pet dog.
He's mentioned at the bottom of that page.

Spoilers: He died.

I actually have considered that, and it's probably what I'm gonna try and do. Though, I worry about
learning 2 languages at once because I'm afraid I'll just hopelessly confuse all the words. But really...
Between German and Japanese, how much can you actually mix up? (I guess I'll find that out later.)

In topic related news, I am really loving Moon: Remix RPG's soundtrack.
The music starts off sort of like chiptunes (?) but only for about 12 songs.
Then it switches over to symphonic pieces, featuring varied genres of music.

A few of my favorites would be Emotion 2, then both I'm Waiting For The Night and it's Moondisk Version.
And I keep making mental mash-ups of D.J. Saike's Dance Mix and Like This Like That from JSRF.
