The host has removed the filesize limits on FTP transfer, so this technically means we can host Mp3s again.

So two questions:

Do it? (y/n)

How should we implement it? (Open ended)

No. Shoutbox is server resource intensive, which triggers when we're not even doing anything.

Just think of how that thing would react if we actually had an auto-updating script.
