BOUNDARY MANIPULATION USE #2:
limits of pain and suffering.
Able to manipulate one's or someone's the tolerance to pain, nulling it or amplifying it.

Your powers are so ill restricted that it seems like a lawyer's interpretation of a ruling or law.

Boundary Manipulation can be converted to omnipotence much as Ultimate Psychic powers, absolute shape-shifting, amongst others.  Manipulate the physical limits of your body, manipulate the boundaries of reality, manipulate the size of the earth, manipulate your own skin, manipulate the limits of your own thoughts, manipulate the boundaries of your own powers/abilities.

The signs of a well thought power is not how overpowered it is or how easily you can exploit it, but the flavor, fullness, and balance of it.  Even in power-anime godhood is restricted to keep things interesting.  Absolute power is boring, as no one can stand against it.  (Yeah, I'm talking about you, Yaweh)
