The Hitman series.
The SOCOM series.
The Call of Duty series.
The Medal of Honor series.
Ratchet and Clank and Jak and Daxter should be mentioned again for emphasis.
Some of the Need for Speed games.

Oh, and the PS3 does not totally suck balls cause it gives us Heavenly Sword, Resistance 1 & 2, Infamous, Borderlands, Prototype, LittleBigPlanet, Uncharted, Mag, ModNation Racers, Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time, and Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of destruction.

Legends of Dragoon was a good PS game (4 disks :P)
Gex 3: Enter the Gecko for PS
Warzone 2100 is a good one for PC now (Google it :D)
