-The Rules-

(These are probably written in stone)

1. Be kind to your fellows.

2. Don't post the porns.

3. Don't steal sprites or backgrounds or anything that isn't yours.

4. Only link to very trusted ROM sources.

5. Don't start arguments. Don't be a troll. (Being a troll is ok, though. I'm not even trolling.)

6. Spam only in the Spam forum.

7. English. Speak it.

8. Mods and Admins are free to do whatever aside from delete the entire forum, delete posts at random, or be massive assholes. If you're found doing any of these, especially being a massive asshole, you'll be banned or something. Also you shouldn't ban people for nothing. Unless you unban them again in like 15 minutes.

9. Post. Yes, that's right. Posting is now law. Do it faggot.

10. Don't be a furry. If you're a furry, you better not let us know.

11. Don't be a bot. If you're a bot, you better not let us know.

12. No flipping the fuck out about ponies/horses.

Maybe this should be added to all of this. Penalties for breaking the rules. The penalties are as follows.

Rules 1-x: I'll get creative.

And a little added thing. I don't take ignorance as an excuse. These rules are here for everyone to read. Written in plain English. So it's your responsibility to read them. Case closed.

I suppose that I should update these again. This time Sig rules.

After a little deliberation with myself, I have finally come up with some rules for the size of signatures. At max, any image you put into your sig can be 450 x 150. This of course means any one image or any combination of images. Text still has it's 300 character limit. Thanks for your time.
