Cure Sepuku's Insomnia

Here, we will list things for me to do to pass the time that I am not sleeping.  As of right now, I have had 4 hours of sleep for the past 5 days.  And yes, they were all at the same time.  I'll also take ideas for how to get to sleep, but I've lost hope in regaining the ability to sleep.

Tylenol PM's help, sorta. Warm milk helps, hardly, tastes disgusting too. I suggest lying in bed with all the lights turned off and just lie completely still with your eyes closed.

I have process for you to go through:
1.) Get like $10
2.) Go to WalMart
3.) Buy some equate Allergy Medication and some Spring Valley Valerian Root.
4.) About a half hour before you need to be asleep take two allergry capsules and three Valerian Root capsules.

*You'll fall asleep in about a half hour.*

Just read some Francis Marion brochures.  I will read even textbooks and signs on the side of the road for entertainment, yet I fall asleep when reading them.  And then Mom wants me to proof-read one.  Zzzzzzzzzzzzz....

Once, when I was in the hospital, I was on Oxycoton and was making jokes about there being an alligator in my room.  I laughed at everything.  And I thought that the Morphine had made me weird.

Ahh, the narcotic family. Vicodin, morphine, and Molophine. Wonderful stuff. Does it's job whether you're in pain or not.

My suggestion is to do more during the day.  Being tired and sitting around doing nothing is simply not going to make your body want to rest.
