Looks like EA has finally decided to get something right. This Halloween, EA is releasing a horror/survival shooter game, entitled Dead Space. It takes place far in the future on a mining ship called the "Ishimura." One of the miners on the Ishimura, Isaac, is the sole surviving member of the crew after the Necromorphs took over. Isaac must battle his way through the Ishimura to escape its nightmares and discover what the hell exactly is going on. It basically takes Resident Evil 4, Aliens, and a couple other things I'm sure, and blends them into one (please excuse the oxymoron here) horrifically awesome game.
Yes, you can strafe.
