Is tiny xp really worth getting?

(woah, third topic FTW) So after looking through this section of the forum, Tiny xp came up a lot, so I have a couple questions:
1. Are there any diffrences between Xp and tiny?
2. Would I miss anything from regular xp?
3. how would I get it?
Thanks for the help.

Really, there are very few advantages to using Tiny XP over Windows 7, especially considering where software support will be heading and the backwards compatibility of Windows OSs.

Tiny XP isn't like something you run to improve system performance, for one thing. It's an operating system, and should only be used if your computer is facing a problem you feel requires reformatting to solve.
As for what Tiny XP is... it's pretty much exactly what it says. It's XP with a ton of useless shit removed from it to increase performance and decrease size. The installation ISO is only 699MB, and that fits on a standard CD. This of course means you can install it on pretty much any computer, since there are many computers that don't have DVD drives, especially if they're still running XP. It has a few installation options, and comes with a pack of drivers for the most common hardware, but chances are you'll still have to go find your drivers.
If you want it, just go to the Pirate Bay and type Tiny XP in the search bar. Tiny XP Rev. 09 is what you're looking for.

If you can't afford/don't want to pirate 7, the yes. However, certain games such as Battlefield 3 and a few other rather popular ones are starting to drop support for XP completely.
So, if you're just trying to get by, then go for it.

Tiny 7 is a reality now, and it works on pretty much anything. Only has a 32 bit version right now, though.

What exactly differentiates a 32 bit OS from a 64 bit?

This looks like where I step in.
The bittage of the OS actually has to do with how many bits the processor can handle at a time. Put simply, a 32bit processor can handle 4Bytes at once, and a 64bit processor can handle 8Bytes. This means an increase in processing power, similar to multi-cores. The only downside is that many programs don't utilize 64bit, just as most don't utilize multi-core. However, the ones that do it, do it well. If you're using Adobe or AutoDesk, a 64bit multicore processor is going to be used to their fullest potential.
Also, 64bit OSs can utilize more RAM. 32bit can't handle more than 3.75GB.
While 64bit processors can handle 32bit OSs, you're nerfing your computer something fierce. So, tiny7 32bit is fine for 32bit processors, but go for the full Win7 for a 64bit processor.
