From what I've seen of both inFamous and Prototype, they are both essentially copies of the same game.  Prototype uses a more grunge-styled environment than inFamous's Comic-Book inspired world, but, in the end, they're both games about guys who reluctantly got super-powers and are fighting some people for some reason or another.  I'm not going to sit here and act like I know either one in any depth, but so far, Prototype is Assassin's Creed that's set at night, the guy wears black instead, and their flashback that encompasses most of the game is only 18 days instead of a few centuries.  On the other hand, inFamous is a lot like Spiderman and has a nicer, cleaner environment that reminds me of Fable for whatever reason.  Prototype is obviously aimed at an older audience, and inFamous feels like a kids game more than anything.

In the end, I'm going to have to call Prototype's favor on this one.  I've not bothered to read what Hobo has said on the matter, but his fanboyism leftover from Assassin's Creed was probably his driving factor here, and MegaRock's support of the PS3 was his for his backing of inFamous.  My reasoning chooses Prototype because:

1 - I don't feel like this game was made for someone 10 years younger than me.
2 - Zombies
3 - Some of the artistic style used in Prototype has never been used before in a game, and I quite appreciated seeing it portrayed so well.
4 - Despite being a lower blow, Prototype's multi-system availability means I would buy it.  One may think this is a silly idea, but, in truth, I'm not going to go out and buy a game system just for inFamous (nothing short of an Elder Scrolls game could make me do so), though Prototype is readily available for the 360 (which I own) and PC (which I own and which supports the 360 controller entirely).

Yeah what he said. Except I've beaten [PROTOTYPE] now, and I had to grow a third arm so I could fap while playing it. :D

I can't like an open world, roof-top jumpan gaem without it being related back to me being excited (and a fag over) Assassin's Creed?
