Here's a tl;dr version of how to install it.

1). Download and install Steam (You need to register an account with Steam, and let it update)
2). Download the .dll file from the first post
3). Contact Forte via AIM for the UnDead Patch
4). Replace the .dll file in the Steam folder with the one in the first post, and place the UnDead Patch in the steam folder as well.
5). Run the Undead Patch

Congrats, now download Team Fortress 2 from Steam. If you encounter any problems contact Forte or I on AIM.

If you enjoy the cracked version of TF2, I HIGHLY recommend you buy it. Valve's a company that deserves your support, and if you don't feel like spending $20, then wait 'til the Steam Holiday Sale, should be around $10-$15 then. Sucks if you missed the $2 sale though.

c0mp1337's micspam convert guide:
go get goldwave
open the mp3 or whatever file you want to convert.
go to resample:
set it to 11025 hz

go to bandpass/stop, set it to:
from: 100hz
to: 5512hz

go to pop/click and set it to 800 or 750

go to match volume:
depending on your tastes:
put first: reduce average level to avoid clipping.
then go set it up to: -18db or -22db on the presets.

optional:
if you want your micspam to be a little louder than what you want to hear it then go to change volume:
go to the presets and set it to double.


now then to convert it to the aproppiate format:
go to save as and set it to:
save as type: wav
attributes: pcm signed 16 bit mono
