The closest I can think of is Prof. Oak saying, "I came when you beat the Pokemon League."

But anyway, the game came Thursday, and it is most excellent. The gameplay is pretty deep, and between the three meters and re-building the towns, it's a lot to keep track of. It plays like an Action-RPG, but the action is confined to the randomly generated dungeons. You go through items like crazy, because at first, you have to repair your weapons a lot. It gets better, though.

Luckily, you can leave the dungeon in between floors to restock without losing your progress. The town is very interesting, because you have to find the right pieces for the citizens' houses. Each piece added on results in an item appearing at their house for you to take, and by getting them all, you get an additional gift. But that's not it. See, each resident has a specific place they want their house located, too. Neighbor A can't stand Neighbor B, Neighbor B wants to live by the river, Neighbor C wants to live near Neighbor A, etc... When you put a house in the right place, you get another gift. And if you fully restore the town so that everyone's happy, the village guardian gives you a weapon/ability/item/whatever. AND THEN YOU MOVE TO THE NEXT TOWN TO DO IT ALL OVER.

It's a great play, very addictive, and to be a combination of dungeon crawlers and the Sims, it meshes together quite nicely. Makes you wonder why Level 5 never made a third one.

Right now I'm stuck. I've made it to Ice Queen La Saia, but can't get but 2 attacks in before I'm taken out.
